I’m a RRCA-certified running coach offering individualized training programs to help you meet your running and fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight or improve your race times, I can create a plan to help you get the results you want. I offer virtual coaching, custom training plans and in-person coaching in the St. Louis area.

My current rates and packages are:

Spring into Shape Special:

Whether you’re new to running or want to get in shape for an upcoming race, the spring special package includes deep discounts and a running-based training program which includes stretches, base running, endurance training and speed work (please note speed work will only be added to a program after you have built up a running base of consistent runs for one month).

  • Free online assessment of your fitness level and goals
  • Two in-person coaching sessions per week (coaching sessions include 45 minutes of workout time and 15 minutes commuting time)
  • A personalized weekly running plan which includes 5 workouts per week
  • Daily follow-up tracking and advice on your workouts 5 times per week, via email, texts or chat
  • Free account setup on a running-based social networking site  to help you track (and optionally share) your results
  • Free program adjustment as needed to suit your progress
  • $50 per week or $150 per month or for three months
Run to Lose Lbs.:

The Run to Lose Lbs. plan is for the serious client who wants to lose weight steadily and is willing to put in the effort to do it. The plan will help you achieve your weight loss goals with the most effective calorie-burning exercise around: running. I will create a customized running program to help you meet your weight loss goals, and the program includes help with nutrition and meal planning, goal tracking, calories burned tracking and cross training exercises that will give you an extra fat-burning boost. The Run to Lose Lbs. program offers extra support and frequent communications and requires a minimum 3-month commitment to see significant weight loss results.

  • Weekly nutrition advice and meal planning help

  • $75 per week or $200 per month or for three months or longer
Virtual Training:
Thanks to the power of technology, we can work together from anywhere in the world. Using frequent communications, forms and questionnaires, I will help you stay on track with the perfect running program for you to meet your fitness and running goals. I’ll keep in touch often to help you stay motivated and on track for each workout, so you’ll see the results you want.

Why Run: Intro session
The Why Run intro session includes a free fitness assessment and one-hour, in-person meeting and workout with me. During the session, we will discuss your current fitness level and running goals and I will guide you through personalized stretches and an individualized workout to help you get started in meeting your goals. I’ll address your running concerns and offer suggestions on a training program to pursue. Come prepared to run.

Beginning Runner’s Group
This group offers beginning runners a place to get started on a regular running program while enjoying the support and company of other beginning runners. The beginning group includes a personalized weekly running plan for each member and bi-weekly runs led by me, your coach and biggest supporter. You must have your doctor’s clearance to begin a running program and be in good health to start the group. We begin with a run-walk program and gradually add running time to build up to running for 30 minutes. All group sessions will be one hour, to include 30 minutes of running and walking, stretching and going over a different handout each week with training tips for beginners. All group members will have individual goals to meet as well as collective milestones to work towards together. We train for a local 5K race together and all group members encourage and support each other on race day. Members are encouraged to run together on days when the group does not meet.

  • Two weekly group runs followed by a short informational session with training tips
  • Free account setup on a running-based social networking site  to help you track (and optionally share) your results
  • A 5K training plan, guidance and cheering for a local 5K race
